I bought my size (9) and a half size down because of some of the reviews. I kept the 9 because while the fit was relaxed compared to other sneakers, it was still true to size for me. The cushion (sole) was great and gives you some elevation, so having the proper length helps stabilize your posture. For reference, I have narrow feet, dropping arches (from age), and prefer a half inch of room at the toes to allow for proper gate and room in the toe box.

These are my favorite running shoes and in fact this is my second pair. I prefer them over On, Hoka and Nike. They contour to my foot perfectly, which may be slightly on the narrow side. You can’t beat them for road running and walking comfort!
