I buy this for my 13 year old boy we see if he like them he loves the kaptir 2.0 so I’m pretty sure he will love this one.

This review is about Zappos customer service. I received this item in November 10th. It had clearly been worn, scuffed on the bottom, and the shoes were in a plastic bag. I tried to call to have a new item shipped and the customer service agent put another shoe in my cart. I should not be inconvenienced by Zappos for selling and shipping me a used item.

I have worn the Kaptir 2.0 for a couple of years and loved them. I felt the Kaptir 3.0 had a tighter fit and the base was much harder feeling than the 2.0. It was no where near as comfortable for me. I much prefer the Kaptir 2.0 and probably would not buy the 3.0 again
