This shoe is way too narrow. I don’t have a wide foot and I hung over the sides. Looked and felt terrible.

It seems that Reef has slightly narrowed its sandals. I have had many Reef sandals over the years and will not be able to purchase them in the future because of the narrower front section.

Love these flops. I normally wear an 8.5 and, with flops, I always go down to an 8 when half sizes aren’t available. So I purchased an 8. The 8 was way too small and I exchanged for a 9, which fits perfectly. The length is perfect and the width is perfect, but I do have borderline narrowish feet.

This sandal is perfect. My biggest challenge buying shoes online in whole sizes is whether to go up or down a half size. I wear a 5 1/2 so ordered a 6. They run small so the 6 is perfect. A 5 would have been too small. My feet are wide but the width is also very good. Good arch support and cushion. Gunnmetal is a great neutral color, will go with everything, a little flair w/o being flashy. Really cute.I purchased Tevas in a 6 but may have to go down a size.

Ever since I inherited a pair of Reefs I’ve been a fan. For those with high arches that require additional support, this brand achieves comfort and proper alignment in the flip flop department without breaking the bank. This particular style has a more narrow bed than some other styles which I prefer. Overall I’ll continue to keep purchasing reef products.

These shoes are so soft and cushy. I really wanted to keep them but they run very narrow and my foot was hanging over the sides! Returning. Size 11 is to small.

Comfy and stylish flip flop! There is just enough silver & black to add a little sparkle but not over the top. These have some arch support and very comfortable foot bed. I usually can wear a size 10 in sandals but I ordered an 11 and they fit. A 10 would’ve been too small.

Very comfortable, casual sandal. The moderate to good arch support is unusual for this type of shoe, which is one of the main reasons I like them. They are light-weight, but still feel substantial. Someone wrote they shoes have become more narrow. This is good for me because I usually wear a narrow and it’s almost impossible to find a narrow sandal. However, I did order a black pair with leather-type straps and it was too snug for me.

I used to love these sandals in the black/silver foil color. I have small feet on the narrow side (size 6), and these fit so well and were so comfortable for my pain issues. One of the only flip flops I can wear. I bought my last pair a year or two ago and have worn them tons. It’s time for new ones, so I turned to Zappos. I ended up trying FIVE pairs before I gave up. Apparently Reef has changed the design on these, and the changes don’t work for me at all.
First big change is the straps are much looser, so the shoes aren’t secure enough on my feet. The strap placement on the footbed also feels worse, which further adds to the lack of foot security. Third but not something I care about, the logo on the straps has changed with “Reef” inside a rectangle, instead of the old style letter cut-out version Zappos still has in the product pictures. The straps are also a bit wider than they used to be, which would be fine if they were tight enough.
I’m very disappointed with Reef. Thanks for ruining a great shoe and only making it suitable for those with larger feet. I did try a size 5 and the straps fit, but the footbed was not long enough. So I guess in this new version I need a size 6 shoe with size 5 straps. Too bad it doesn’t exist. I could also probably make a 5.5 work, but that doesn’t exist, either.
Hoping one of Reef’s other styles will work for me, but still disappointed about losing these Sassys.

This is my third year buying and this year they are awful. The footbed is hard and cheap! My other pairs are very soft and were comfortable from the first time I put them on. Why would you change something to make it worse?

My first pair of Sassy Stars I bought a few years ago where SO freaking comfortable from the moment I put them on until I wore them bare! But this pair I was sent, are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Why would you change these flip flops?? This new strap is stiff, scratchy and it rubs the skin on top of the foot. The foot bed is hard and doesn’t cradle my foot like a cloud as before. I just don’t understand what happened here? I had to take a second look to be sure these actually came from Reef and weren’t fake! You even changed the metal Reef ID plate on the strap to an ugly, plain design! WHY?!

I was a little concerned at first as they were tighter than most of my other reef sandals. but they stretched out perfectly.
I walked 8 days at Disney World in these, averaging 9 miles each day. Other than not normally walking that much per day my feet didn’t hurt at all from these sandals.

These run very small, I had to order up a size. Cute for the pool and beach but I hope with time they loosen up. At first they are a bit stiff.

These shoes were such a disappointment. These are my favorite Reef style. I have purchased them twice in the past from the Reef website and loved them. There were so comfortable right out of the box – no breaking in needed.. The new ones that I purchased here are not comfortable, the straps are thinner and made with a cheaper quality material. I purchased for a vacation that was postponed so it is now past the return window so I am stuck with shoes that I cannot wear without getting a blister.

I love the star cushion sassy! The sparkle and comfort for all day, anywhere wear! I have “bad feet” I need arch support and comfort. Sneakers bother me, but these don’t. I wish I could wear them year round, but in new england that’s not possible. Love these!
