At Shoe Trend Sole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish footwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your boat shoes, clogs, heels, sandals, sneakers, or athletic shoes, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above.
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the desired size/color.
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return.
If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Worn footwear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or special order products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
