We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your footwear arrives safely.

1. Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your boat shoes, clogs, heels, sandals, sneakers, or athletic shoes as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (unless defective)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or special order products

Step-by-Step Return Process

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: desired size/color
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Securely: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility unless return is due to our error or defective product
  • Tracking recommended: We can’t be responsible for lost return packages
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

To exchange for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly request an exchange and specify new size/color
  3. We’ll ship the new item after receiving your return
  4. Price differences:
    • Higher value exchange: Pay the difference
    • Lower value exchange: Receive refund for difference
