All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Areas

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination and customs processing.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn footwear (unless defective)
• Customized or special order products cannot be returned

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For size or color exchanges, follow the standard return process and clearly specify your new size/color preference. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

5.5 Damaged or Defective Items
